Jilon VanOver is a former American football defensive end who played in the National Football League (NFL) for the Kansas City Chiefs and the Dallas Cowboys. He was born on January 19, 1977 in Antioch, California.

VanOver attended Monterey Peninsula College before transferring to the University of Kansas, where he played college football for the Kansas Jayhawks. He was selected by the Kansas City Chiefs in the sixth round of the 1999 NFL Draft.

VanOver played for the Chiefs from 1999 to 2001 and then signed with the Dallas Cowboys in 2002. He played one season for the Cowboys before retiring from professional football.
